State Tax Legislative and Budget Outlook – The Impact of COVID and the Fall Elections

The state tax budget outlook has never been more complex or confusing. This session will address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, federal tax law changes, and court decisions on state revenues and budgets. It will also address how the 2020 election is likely to impact state and local tax policy trends, and how state tax legislatures are likely to respond.
