Session Description:

Changes to the tax treatment of employee compensation and benefits as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic have been rampant at both the federal and state level. This panel will discuss (1) federal COVID-related payroll tax relief; (2) employee work-from-home issues during the pandemic and beyond; and (3) other hot topics in the taxation of compensation and benefits.
