Please join us for this highly anticipated roundtable session with three senior Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”) officials, where we will go around our virtual table to discuss some of the Canadian federal income and commodity tax issues that are currently top of mind for our CRA guests and their colleagues.

Learning Objectives:

Attendees will gain insight on the CRA’s current approach to interpreting, applying, and auditing the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (“CERB”) and the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (“CEWS”) programs, and the deduction of home office expenses by employees. Attendees will also learn about the CRA’s posture toward the prospective application of GST/HST to digital services provided by foreign-based companies.
